End-User License Agreement (EULA)
This agreement is between you and Here Habits, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, governing your use of the Here Habits mobile application and related services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old. Ages 13–18 require parent/guardian consent and supervision.
2. License Grant
Limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device.
- May not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the App
- May not use it unlawfully
- May not develop competing offerings with it
3. Account Registration
- Certain features require account creation (Apple ID, Google Sign In, or email)
- User responsible for keeping credentials secure
- Premium features via In-App Purchase with 3-day free trial
- Payments and renewals handled via Apple
4. Screen Time & Device Management
- Uses Apple’s Screen Time frameworks for session management
- Requires explicit permission
- May temporarily restrict app/website access
- Intended for personal productivity
- Here Habits not responsible for loss of access to devices or data
5. User Content & Social Features
Content Ownership
You keep ownership of your content. You grant us a license to use, store, and process it to provide and improve the Service.
Social Features
Display name and email visible to friends. You can manage friendships and block users. Harassment and misuse not tolerated.
6. Intellectual Property & Privacy
All IP belongs to Here Habits, LLC, protected by law. Privacy Policy at herehabits.com/privacy.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided ‘AS IS’ without warranties. Not a medical device — for informational and motivational purposes only. Consult a professional before making health decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
Not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Maximum liability: amount paid in past 12 months, or $50, whichever is greater.
9. Indemnification & Termination
- User agrees to indemnify Here Habits, LLC from claims/damages
- Account deletion available anytime via App Settings
- Minimal info retained for account recovery and billing
- Subscriptions must be cancelled in Apple ID settings

11. Apple-Specific Terms
- Apple has no obligation for support or warranty
- All claims and disputes are Here Habits, LLC’s responsibility
- This agreement is between you and Here Habits, LLC, not Apple
12. Governing Law & Changes
Delaware law governs. Disputes resolved in Delaware courts. Terms may be updated; notification via App or website.
